Located in an area under residential development in Pinhal Novo, the prior information submitted to the Municipality of Palmela anticipates this new residential subdivision consisting of 8 plots intended for single-family housing, which stands out for its harmonious organisation and the integration of green spaces and proximity to schools, transport, commerce and access to the highway.

In summary, the project provided for in the preliminary information (lasting two years) includes the formation of 8 lots, seven of which have an individual area of 289sqm and a lot that stands out with 510sqm, totalling 2,533sqm of area intended for allotment and implementation.

The construction proposal allows the construction of 6,375sqm of gross construction area, distributed in 51 dwellings - houses that will be developed on three floors above the threshold level, and a negative floor (basement) for exclusive use for parking and storage, promoting a balanced residential density.

The complementary infrastructure is also well planned, highlighting:
- Circulation and Access: The streets, sidewalks and areas for traffic and parking cover a total of 5,226.62sqm, ensuring an organised and safe circulation;

- Green Spaces: 9,614.60sqm are planned for green areas for collective use, which prioritise socialising, leisure and environmental quality of future residents;

- Parking: To accommodate mobility needs, the project includes a robust parking system, with 102 spaces for light vehicles in the basement and 61 spaces on the surface.

The Allotment is 600m away from a private school, 200m from the 'Continente' and 'Aldi' hypermarkets, 700m from the health centre, 700m from a nursery, 300m from the BP gas station, 1.2km from the train station and 1.5km from the police station.
