No Parque Natural da Arrábida, na Serra de São Luís, encontra este terreno, com parte urbana e parte rústica, no total de 20,45ha.
Classificado como Área de Proteção Complementar I no Plano de Ordenamento do Parque Natural da Arrábida (POPNA), onde é permitida a construção máxima de 500m² (200m² para a habitação do proprietário/a, e os restantes 300m² para atividade turística ou agrícola).
As construções devem ser do tipo ligeiro, por se tratar de uma edificação no Parque Natural, onde se pretende não interferir com a presença dos habitats de fauna e flora existentes. Esta medida aplica-se também a todas as atividades ligadas ao Turismo de Natureza.
Permitida igualmente a reconstrução da ruína existente, devidamente registada, e com a área de 60m².
Deverá sempre ser consultada toda a legislação e entidades competentes.

In the Natural Park of Arrábida, in the Serra de São Luís, you will find this land divided in urban and rural parts, totaling 20.45ha. It is classified as a Complementary Protection Area I in the Arrábida Natural Park Management Plan (POPNA), where a maximum construction of 500 sqm is allowed (200 sqm for the owner's housing and the remaining 300 sqm for tourism or agricultural activities).
The constructions must be of a lightweight type, as it is a building in the Natural Park, where it is intended not to interfere with the presence of existing fauna and flora habitats. This limitation also applies to all activities related to Nature Tourism.
Reconstruction of the existing ruin, duly registered and with an area of 60 sqm, is also allowed.
All relevant legislation and competent entities should always be consulted.
